NorCloud Login Help
Once a user is added to NorCloud, the user will receive an email with a
link to set a password. It is
important that the receiver
-
clicks directly on the link in the received email, and
do not copy and paste the link.
- clicks on the link before it expires.
The user will receive a "
Token Error" if the link is not
clicked on directly in the received email.
If the link in the email has expired, the user will get a new link by
submitting their email address on the
Forgot Password
site.
Please do not delete the user and add him/her again if
the link has expired.

- Check your spam inbox

Make sure your address can receive email (send an email to the address
from a known email address)

Verify with your local IT-department that the address is accessible
