NorCloud Login Help


Once a user is added to NorCloud, the user will receive an email with a link to set a password. It is important that the receiver The user will receive a "Token Error" if the link is not clicked on directly in the received email.
If the link in the email has expired, the user will get a new link by submitting their email address on the Forgot Password site.

Please do not delete the user and add him/her again if the link has expired.


Troubleshooting when you have not received the email.
  1. Check your spam inbox
  2. Make sure your address can receive email (send an email to the address from a known email address)
  3. Verify with your local IT-department that the address is accessible
